After about two hours by train, you will arrive in Milan, Italy’s vibrant economic capital. Your day can begin in the magnificent Piazza del Duomo, dominated by the imposing Cathedral, a true masterpiece of Gothic architecture. The package also includes access to the rooftop terraces, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view among the spires and across the city rooftops.
Right next to the Duomo lies the splendid Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, famous for its elegant cafés, luxury boutiques, and impressive glass-and-iron dome. Walking through the Galleria, you’ll reach Piazza della Scala, home to the world-famous Teatro alla Scala, a symbol of Italy’s musical heritage. Just beyond this square begins Via Montenapoleone, the most exclusive street in the city and the beating heart of the Quadrilatero della Moda, lined with high-fashion boutiques and dazzling shop windows.
Continuing north, a stroll along Via Dante will take you to the majestic Sforza Castle, the former residence of the dukes of Milan. You can admire its impressive architecture from the outside or, if time allows, visit one of its fascinating museums.
Finally, if you wish to relax, you can end your day with a walk in the nearby Parco Sempione, a green oasis in the heart of the city — the perfect place to conclude a day filled with art, history, elegance, and Milanese charm.
