The day begins at 8:30 AM with departure from Florence in a private car or minivan. Leaving behind the Renaissance wonders of the city, you'll immerse yourself in the timeless landscapes of the Tuscan countryside, with its rolling hills, rows of cypress trees, vineyards, and medieval villages that look like they’ve come straight out of a painting.

The first stop is Montalcino, known worldwide for its iconic wine: Brunello. After a brief visit to the historic center, you'll head to one of the region's most renowned wineries. You’ll walk among the vineyards and through historic cellars, learn the secrets of Brunello winemaking directly from those who produce it with daily passion, and take part in a guided tasting that also includes locally produced extra virgin olive oil. At the end of the visit, you'll enjoy a farm lunch featuring traditional Tuscan dishes paired with the estate’s wines.

In the early afternoon, you’ll travel to Siena, one of the most captivating cities in Tuscany. As you stroll through its historic center, you’ll discover the elegance of Piazza del Campo, famous for the Palio horse race, and the magnificence of the Cathedral, a masterpiece of Italian Gothic art. You’ll also have free time to explore the city at your own pace, maybe even enjoy a sweet treat in one of Siena’s historic pastry shops.

The day ends with a visit to Monteriggioni, one of the best-preserved fortified villages in the region. Its intact city walls and timeless atmosphere will make you feel as if you've stepped back into the Middle Ages. Here, you'll enjoy a tasting of local wines and typical products in a welcoming, authentic winery inside the village.
